This Work Began With My Own Turning Point
Author, Podcaster, and Founder of The Aligned Her
Â
Before The Aligned Her became books, conversations, or a membership, it began as a question I could no longer ignore:
Why did I keep gathering answers while my life still felt unchanged?
I had spent years trying to build, rebuild, improve, and become. From the outside, some of it may have looked like progress. But underneath it all, I knew I was tired of circling the same places and calling it growth.
This page is the story of the season that made me slow down, listen again, and begin looking beneath what I was doing to understand what had been shaping me.

I Thought One More Course Would Finally Make It Work
Â
I was around forty-seven, living in beautiful North Carolina, and working as an esthetician and esthetics educator. I was trying to build a single-room esthetics practice, but no matter what I did, nothing seemed to gain traction.
I kept spinning my wheels. I would take another course, learn another strategy, or convince myself that the next piece of information would finally make everything work. Each time, I began with hope. Each time, I eventually found myself in the same place. It became clear that I was not dealing with a lack of information.
I began paying closer attention to my life, the people around me, the way I responded, and the beliefs influencing my decisions. I became quieter because I needed to hear God again.
In that stillness, I began to understand that I could not walk through life relying only on myself. I needed Jesus. Recognizing that did not instantly repair everything, but it became the beginning of a long and necessary journey.
Slowly, I began dismantling the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and assumptions that had shaped the way I saw myself and my life. The deeper I went, the more I understood that the business struggle was only one visible part of something much larger.
The Aligned Her grew from that turning point.

I Believe a Woman’s Life Can Change When She Is Willing to Look Deeper
Â
I believe women need more than another formula, checklist, or plan. They need space to become honest about what has shaped them, what they have carried, and what continues to influence the choices they make.
My work is here to help women slow down long enough to see clearly, tell the truth without turning on themselves, and begin making decisions from a more grounded place.
I know what it feels like to keep trying while quietly wondering why nothing is changing. I also know what can begin to happen when a woman stops searching outside herself for every answer and becomes willing to face what needs to be understood, released, rebuilt, and surrendered.
This journey is not always quick, but it can be deeply transformative. A woman who learns to see herself, her patterns, and her life more clearly can begin to move differently — and that difference can reach every part of her life.

Begin With The Quiz
“The life you want is not built by ignoring your patterns. It begins when you understand what they have been trying to show you.”
THE PATTERN
The Pattern is for the woman who knows something needs to change but keeps finding herself pulled back into the same cycles.
In this book, I explore how our beliefs, experiences, relationships, spiritual disconnection, and unexamined habits can quietly shape the choices we make. It is not about giving you another plan to follow. It is about helping you understand what has been happening beneath the surface so you can begin moving forward with greater clarity, faith, and intention.
This book grew from my own journey of recognizing that more information was not the answer. I had to become still, look honestly at my life, return to God, and begin dismantling the thoughts and beliefs that had shaped me for years.
The Pattern is currently in progress. Join the waitlist to receive updates, behind-the-scenes notes, and first access when the book becomes available.
