This Work Began With My Own Turning Point
 Author, Podcaster and Course Creator.
Â
I created The Aligned Her for women who know there is more for their lives but have grown tired of repeating the same patterns, questioning themselves, and searching for one more answer that promises to change everything.
My work is rooted in the belief that lasting change begins beneath the surface. Through writing, teaching, reflection, and honest conversation, I help women recognize what has been shaping their choices, reconnect with what matters, and begin building a life that reflects who they are becoming.
This is not work I discovered from a distance. It grew from my own season of frustration, surrender, faith, and rebuilding.

I Thought One More Course Would Finally Make It Work
Â
I was around forty-seven, living in beautiful North Carolina, and working as an esthetician and esthetics educator. I was trying to build a single-room esthetics practice, but no matter what I did, nothing seemed to gain traction.
I kept spinning my wheels. I would take another course, learn another strategy, or convince myself that the next piece of information would finally make everything work. Each time, I began with hope. Each time, I eventually found myself in the same place.
It became clear that I was not dealing with a lack of information.
I began paying closer attention to my life, the people around me, the way I responded, and the beliefs influencing my decisions. I became quieter because I needed to hear God again.
In that stillness, I began to understand that I could not walk through life relying only on myself. I needed Jesus. Recognizing that did not instantly repair everything, but it became the beginning of a long and necessary journey.
Slowly, I began dismantling the thoughts, beliefs, habits, and assumptions that had shaped the way I saw myself and my life. The deeper I went, the more I understood that the business struggle was only one visible part of something much larger.
That season taught me that we can keep gathering information while avoiding the deeper work that change requires. We can continue searching for the right strategy when what we truly need is honesty, surrender, support, and the courage to examine what has been guiding us.
As I began doing that work in my own life, I knew it was connected to something beyond me. I felt called to help other women who were capable, thoughtful, and full of potential, yet still found themselves repeating cycles they could not fully explain.
The Aligned Her grew from that calling.
I do it because I know how easy it is to keep searching for answers while overlooking what is happening beneath the surface.

I Believe a Woman’s Life Can Change When She Is Willing to Look Deeper
Â
I believe women need more than another formula, checklist, or plan. They need space to become honest about what has shaped them, what they have carried, and what continues to influence the choices they make.
My mission is to help women recognize the patterns that keep pulling them back, reconnect with their faith and identity, and begin making decisions from a clearer and more grounded place.
I do this work because I know what it feels like to keep trying while quietly wondering why nothing is changing. I also know what can begin to happen when a woman stops searching outside herself for every answer and becomes willing to face what needs to be understood, released, rebuilt, and surrendered.
This journey is not always quick, but it can be deeply transformative. A woman who learns to see herself, her patterns, and her life more clearly can begin to move differently, and that difference can reach every part of her life.

BEGIN WITH THE ROADMAP
“The life you want is not built by ignoring your patterns. It begins when you understand what they have been trying to show you.”
My Signature Method
Â
Â
The Roots Method
The Roots Method helps women understand why the same patterns continue, even when they genuinely want something different. Instead of beginning with another plan or strategy, we look beneath the visible behavior to identify what has been shaping it.
This framework guides the work inside my courses, books, podcast conversations, and other resources.
R — Recognize the Pattern
Notice the recurring choices, reactions, and situations that keep bringing you back to the same place. You cannot change what you have not clearly identified.
O — Observe What Is Beneath It
Look beyond the behavior to the beliefs, fears, experiences, expectations, and relationships that may be influencing it.
O — Own What Is Yours
Take honest responsibility for the choices and responses that are within your control—without carrying responsibility for what belongs to someone else.
T — Return to Truth
Question the thoughts and beliefs you have accepted about yourself, your life, and what is possible. Reconnect with what is true, what matters, and the direction you are being called toward.
S — Start From the Root
Choose your next step from a stronger foundation. Rather than forcing temporary change, begin building a life that reflects what you now understand and believe.
Closing line
The Roots Method is not about fixing everything at once. It is about becoming aware of what has been operating beneath the surface so you can make clearer, more intentional choices from the inside out.

THE PATTERN
The Pattern is for the woman who knows something needs to change but keeps finding herself pulled back into the same cycles.
In this book, I explore how our beliefs, experiences, relationships, spiritual disconnection, and unexamined habits can quietly shape the choices we make. It is not about giving you another plan to follow. It is about helping you understand what has been happening beneath the surface so you can begin moving forward with greater clarity, faith, and intention.
This book grew from my own journey of recognizing that more information was not the answer. I had to become still, look honestly at my life, return to God, and begin dismantling the thoughts and beliefs that had shaped me for years.
The Pattern is currently in progress. Join the waitlist to receive updates, behind-the-scenes notes, and first access when the book becomes available.
