THE LIFE YOU SAID YOU WANTED
Choose One Change. Finally Move It Forward.
The One Change Pilot is a private four-week experience for women who are ready to understand what has been keeping an important life change out of reach.
Through guided audio lessons, practical exercises, weekly check-ins, and focused action, you will choose one meaningful goal and begin building the clarity, support, and structure needed to create visible progress.
APPLY FOR THE PILOT
This Pilot May Be for You If…
Life is full, but the desire to follow through is still there.
You are capable, thoughtful, and aware that there is an area of your life you genuinely want to change, yet something keeps preventing that change from becoming part of the way you actually live.
You may know exactly what you want, or you may only know that you are tired of feeling stuck in the same place. You have likely tried before, made plans, gathered information, or promised yourself that things would be different, but the progress has been difficult to maintain.
This four-week pilot may be a fit if:
- there is one meaningful change you are ready to move forward
- you have attempted this change before but struggled to maintain progress
- tiredness, competing responsibilities, old patterns, or lack of support keep getting in the way
- you are willing to look honestly at what may be affecting your progress
- you can commit approximately 60–90 minutes each week
- you are willing to complete the lessons, exercises, and check-ins
- you can provide honest feedback about what is clear, helpful, confusing, or incomplete
You do not need to have everything figured out before applying. You only need a sincere desire to work on one area of your life and a willingness to participate fully in the four-week process.
Your Four-Week Journey
Each week helps you understand what has kept your chosen change out of reach and guides you toward one clear, practical step forward.
One change. Four focused weeks. A clearer way forward.
Week One: Choose the Change
Clarify the one change that matters most, why it matters, and what meaningful progress could look like over four weeks.
Week Two: Understand What Gets in the Way
Recognize the patterns, responsibilities, beliefs, tiredness, or lack of support that repeatedly interrupt your progress.
Week Three: Build the Conditions for Progress
Create a realistic structure with one supportive practice, one useful boundary, and clear actions connected to your goal.
Week Four: Review, Adjust, and Continue
Recognize the progress you have made, identify what still needs attention, and create a practical 30-day continuation plan.
How the One Change Pilot Works
A guided process designed to help you participate without overcomplicating the experience.
Step 1: Listen to the Weekly Teaching
Each week begins with a guided audio lesson that explains the focus, why it matters, and how it connects to the change you have chosen.
Step 2: Complete One Practical Exercise
You will receive a focused worksheet or assessment to help you apply the lesson to your own life and circumstances.
Step 3: Take One Meaningful Action
Rather than attempting to change everything at once, you will choose one practical action that moves your goal forward.
Step 4: Complete Your Weekly Check-In
Use the private digital check-in tool to record what you noticed, what helped, what remained difficult, and what adjustment you need next.
Step 5: Share Honest Feedback
Because this is a pilot, your feedback is an important part of the experience. You will complete a brief weekly form and participate in a final feedback conversation.

Hi, I’m Azora Finch
I created The Aligned Her for women who know there is more they want from life, yet feel tired, disconnected from themselves, or unsure why meaningful change has remained so difficult to sustain.
I understand what it feels like to have vision, desire, and good intentions while still struggling to turn those things into the way you actually live. My own journey has required me to look beyond motivation and examine the deeper patterns involving identity, beliefs, stress, support, and the practical structure of everyday life.
The Life You Said You Wanted grew from that understanding. It is being developed as a guided experience that helps women choose the change that matters most, understand what has kept it out of reach, and begin building the support and structure needed to move it forward.
My Christian faith shapes the principles and perspective I bring to this work, while the experience welcomes women from different backgrounds who are open to thoughtful reflection, personal responsibility, and meaningful change.
This pilot is the first step in creating that larger program, and I am honored to build it alongside the women who choose to participate.
With care,
Azora
